I am a West Palm Beach Florida based photographer, mom of two, hippie, adventure addict. I enjoy capturing the messy, joyful moments of everyday life. I love thrift stores, design magazines, Indian food, reading, getting on airplanes and sharing these boring things about myself on the internet.
In a life that feels very far away from this one, I was a model booker for a top boutique modeling and talent agency working with clients including Ralph Lauren, Abercrombie & Fitch, Dana Buchman, Nordstrom, Marie Claire, Emmanuel Ungaro, H&M, and Chanel. I went to lots of fancy parties and wore high heels all the time.
I grew up in Connecticut, spending massive amounts of time in my high school and college darkrooms, where I mastered the art of film photography just before digital cameras became popular.
But for real, I am passionate about photography and get so excited to see the images from every shoot. I started out being a very traditional, posed portrait photographer, but my style has evolved into something more intimate, relaxed and real, which, if we are getting deep, is possibly a metaphor for my life.
While we are on the topic of change, an update: I’ve decided to focus exclusively on commercial photography for now, creating content for brands and businesses.
I am in constant need of models so please get in touch if you’d like to work with me and we’ll see if you’re a fit for any current projects. Let me just clarify, I more often than not need “real people” over traditional model types. This includes people of all ages, shapes, sizes, abilities, races, ethnic backgrounds, and gender identity. I am always looking to capture the lives of unique and interesting people.
